Job Description:
As an Experienced Sales Person, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales and expanding our market presence. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our product offerings and industry trends to provide expert advice and solutions to clients.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market needs, and competition.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and analysis to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product range and industry standards.
- Identify and target new sales opportunities within the pharmaceutical, OTC, and GSL sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns.
- Regularly report on sales performance and market insights to the management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical, OTC, or GSL sectors.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical distribution market in the UK.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license
